If you work in tech in the South Bay, also super close to the bus stops for tech shuttles.

If you're moving to SF to experience SF this is the place for you. My favorite things nearby that I could walk any night of the week would include 
* Rickshaw Stop - an amazing indie music venue with cheap $20 tickets to uo and coming artists and fresh sounds.
* Mr Tipples Recording studio and Boom boom room - two completely different styles of jazz rooms if ur into that
* Civic center, bill graham, opera, asian art museum - one of the cultural centers of SF
* Awesome cocktail bars - linden room, madrigal, smugglers cove, Nari bar
* Food - there's an unreasonable amount of this, happy to send u my google saves list for this.

Me
This was my first home and I lived here by myself for 3 years. Me and gf are moving up to a bigger place farther away from the city to start a family. I absolutely loved living here, it's amazingly cosy and beautiful, simple and quiet with lots of plants inside and out. Also because of how city it felt to be in this location.
